Continuing our relationship with Toomey Motor Group, with their preferred specialist contractor Spanesi, George Martin worked with their professional advisors to find and secure a suitable property, then refurbished and fit our before managing the logistics for the Group.

We found a double aspect light industrial unit in Hovefields, Basildon measuring nearly 11,000 square foot.

We worked with our specialist contractors to design, supply and install the equipment including new spray booths, vehicle ramps and other specialist equipment. We also worked with our pool of suppliers and contractors to ensure that the work accommodation and staff areas had the same high level of technology and infrastructure seen across all Group sites.
